Our Journey
In 2006, Bryan and Tara Riley left their professional careers and comfortable home in Arkansas to pursue their dream of serving God in full time ministry. They created the non-profit organization, FJ Ministries, to allow different people to partner with their family throughout their missions journey.
In 2013, the Lord led the Riley’s to pioneer a family discipleship training school in Kona, Hawaii. Since then, they have led approximately 100 families on outreaches all across the nations and they continue to serve with the organization Youth With a Mission.

Family Discipleship Training School
The Discipleship Training School (DTS) is YWAM’s five to six month entry level course, embodying YWAM’s mission to know God and make Him known. DTS provides an environment for students to personally encounter Jesus Christ, learn to hear God’s voice, and respond with joy!
